First you need to register for the Bulletin Board. Refer to the first FAQ in this forum for more information on usernames and passwords. Once you are registered and you are logged in with your Bulletin Board username and password, then click on the forum in which you want to post a message (e.g., click on FOR SALE).
Once you're in the forum, click on the "New Topic" link above all of the postings. Fill in the required information. You can click on the "Preview" button to get an idea of how your message will look. When you're finished, click on the "Post New Topic" button. To edit your post later, click on the icon that looks like a pencil in front of a piece of paper.
